History of Park & Tilford Shopping Centre:

The Park & Tilford Shopping Centre was developed in 1988 by Morguard Investments. It is anchored by Save-On-Foods and Cineplex Odeon Theatre. The gross leasable area is 170,524 square feet. The major tenants Save-on-Foods have 72,160 square feet and Cineplex Odeon have 30,477 square feet. There are 36 stores and 804 parking spaces.

Park & Tilford is located in North Vancouver, BC,  in the vicinity of Mountain Highway and Keith Road, and not too far from the Second Narrows Bridge. In the photo above you can see the North Shore Moutains (Grouse Mountain) in the background. Park & Tilford is sea level and only a blocks away from Burrard Inlet. The shopping centre services North Vancouver residents living in the Queensbury, Calverhall, Lynnmour, Westlynn, Lynn Valley and Westlynn Terrace neighbourhoods.

Park & Tilford is also well known for it's renowned gardens. Park & Tilford Gardens was established in 1969 as a community project of Canadian Park & Tilford Distilleries Ltd.. Park &Tilford gardens covers three acres and within are eight theme gardens each carrying its own theme. In addition to the eight theme gardens inside Park & Tilford Gardens, you'll also find a Compost Demonstration Garden that was created in 1992.
